ArthaLand’s Arya Residences Tower 2 reaches ground level
World class boutique developer, ArthaLand Corporation, achieves another milestone as the second tower of its flagship project, Arya Residences, reaches ground level.
This completes the 5-level underground parking, and the base for The Plaza, a canopied destination dining area stretching along McKinley Parkway in Bonifacio Global City (also known as BGC, The Fort, or Fort Bonifacio).
Since its launch in late 2012, construction of Arya Residences Tower 2 has been in full swing. It is set for turn-over beginning the first quarter of 2016.
Built with the same level of quality as the first tower, the 43-floor elliptical architectural structure will house only about 200 units of two to four bedroom apartments with sizes ranging from 124 to 591 square meters.
The low density tower will have only a maximum of six units per floor.
Tower 2 complements the concept of the whole development, designed for luxurious and sustainable lifestyle. The two towers are shaped and designed to harness the power of nature whereas each and every unit, including the common areas, will have ample natural ventilation. Both buildings are positioned north-south so that natural light will illuminate most of the living areas while preventing too much heat from getting in.
Similar to the first tower, the units in Tower 2 will have 5-star hotel grade finishes sourced from eco-responsible sources. This is in line with the project’s thrust of delivering a home that will allow the residents to live the fine life while doing good to the environment.
Arya Residences is the first and only top-end residential condominium in the Philippines that is on track to earn dual green building certification. It is registered under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program with a certification goal of Gold, as well as the benchmark project for the Philippine Green Building Council’s Buildings for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) program for vertical residential developments.
The South East Asian Property Awards conferred Arya Residences the title Best Residential Development in the Philippines for 2012.
Also in 2012, Madrid-based Business Initiative Directions recognized ArthaLand for its level of dedication to quality when it awarded the developer the Arch of Europe for Quality and Technology in Gold Category.
