ArthaLand and Arya Residences gain top recognition from 1st Philippines Property Awards
ArthaLand Corporation and its flagship project, Arya Residences, emerged as the biggest winner in the recently held Philippines Property Awards 2013, bagging the Best Boutique Developer in the Philippines, Best Luxury Condominium Development (Manila), and Best Residential Architectural Design respectively.
Angie de Villa-Lacson, the company’s president & CEO attributes this to the real estate company’s philosophy that is rooted on quality and sustainability.
"This global standard green philosophy is concretized in Arya Residences, and will continue to guide our future projects regardless of the market segment that we serve or the type of real estate developments that we build.“
"Most importantly, all these awards assure our buyers, investors, and business partners that they have made the right property investment decision," she affirms.
Arya Residences topped the Best Luxury Condo (Manila) and Best Residential Architectural Design category based on the following measures: design and concept including functionality, green initiatives, innovations, and amenities; value for money covering suitability of location and pricing relative to quality; sales and marketing including creativity and performance; state of completion and quality of construction; and additional attention to community benefits and environmental innovation.
Arya Residences, rising along McKinley Parkway in Bonifacio Global City (also known as BGC, The Fort, or Fort Bonifacio, the country’s most modern Central Business District to date), is the Philippines' first and only top-end high rise development that is on target to achieve dual green certification.
It is registered under the USGBC LEED program with a certification goal of Gold. It is also the benchmark vertical residential development in the Philippine Green Building Council’s Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) program, the national voluntary green building green building rating system.
In the Boutique Developer category, ArthaLand was adjudged to be the best based on the following criteria: reputation, image, CSR, quality of projects, track record, and innovation.
“ArthaLand, being a world class, boutique and entrepreneurial company, our business philosophy that is focused on quality and sustainability is making the difference and this has helped us gain citations here and abroad," says Angie de Villa-Lacson, the company’s president and CEO.
