• Provides courteous and professional service at all times.              
  • Welcomes and greets all guests when they arrive at the lobby. 
  • Confirms visitors of residents via Audio Guest Annunciator and assists them to the elevator.
  • Offers to assist and carry any belongings that a guest happens to need help in carrying.
  • Assists guest in getting taxi or any transportation service they need.
  • Handles guest incoming and outgoing mails, faxes and parcels.
  • Making restaurant reservation and booking theater or concert tickets.
  • Recommending sightseeing, recreational and shopping places to go.
  • Giving directions to local and cultural attractions.
  • Providing any information that guests would be inquiring.
  • Accommodating errands such as: Buying, Banking and Paying utilities.
  • Arranging courier and postal services for the residents.
  • Organizing Housekeeping or Baby Sitting Services.
  • Helps in reserving Indoor and Outdoor amenities.



  • Graduate of any 4 year course preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or any related course.
  • Has 1-2 years’ experience in a similar post.
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Between 20-25 years old.
