Offers to assist and carry any belongings that a guest happens to need help in carrying.
Assists guest in getting taxi or any transportation service they need.
Handles guest incoming and outgoing mails, faxes and parcels.
Making restaurant reservation and booking theater or concert tickets.
Recommending sightseeing, recreational and shopping places to go.
Giving directions to local and cultural attractions.
Providing any information that guests would be inquiring.
Accommodating errands such as: Buying, Banking and Paying utilities.
Arranging courier and postal services for the residents.
Organizing Housekeeping or Baby Sitting Services.
Helps in reserving Indoor and Outdoor amenities.
Graduate of any 4 year course preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or any related course.
Has 1-2 years’ experience in a similar post.
Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
Between 20-25 years old.
